There are too many people who are still smoking , because they don’t have good reasons to quit smoking.

I show you ten reasons to quit smoking , there is no amount of enjoyment or satisfaction you may be deriving from cigarettes that should stop you from giving the habit up.

1. Save a lot of money

Smokers drilled hole pockets to buy cigarettes  . Unfortunately, this is not such  easy to observe, because the smokers to  the amout they spent to buy a cigarette or a pack of cigarettes does not affect their financial resources. Studies have shown that daily smoking is linked to the risk of developing psoriasis. The higher the number of cigarettes over 20 smoked per day, the greater that risk.

If you’re on the Pill and smoke, you should cut out one or the other. The Pill is not recommended for smokers because oral contraceptives carry a risk of clots, heart attacks, and strokes; those risks are increased if you smoke.

If you are wondering why this should be mentioned as one of the ten reasons you should quit smoking then seriously you need to consider what you have been doing with yourself. Staying hooked to smoking when you know that it is doing you such damage shows you are not in charge of your life totally. Kicking the habit shows who the master is.
